Bus:

The closest bus stop to Levels Family Chiropractic (11895 Hickman Road) is served by DART Route 92 (Hickman Express).

Because this is an Express route, it has limited stops. The two closest stops are roughly equidistant from the clinic (about a 10–15 minute walk):

Hickman Rd & NW 111th St (Approx. 0.6 miles east of the clinic)

Walking Instructions: From the bus stop, head west on Hickman Road. You will pass the chaotic interchange near I-35/80. The clinic will be on your right (north side), just past the interstate bridge and directly in front of Life Time Fitness.

Note: This walk involves crossing the I-35/80 overpass on the sidewalk, which can be noisy and busy.

Hickman Rd & Country Club Blvd (Approx. 0.7 miles west of the clinic)

Walking Instructions: From the bus stop, head east on Hickman Road. The clinic will be on your left (north side).

Important Recommendation: Since Route 92 is an Express route (running mostly during peak commute times) and the walk involves a busy stretch of highway, many patients find it easier to use the bus to get to Valley West Mall or a nearby hub, and then use a ride-share service (Uber/Lyft) for the final mile to the clinic.

Car:

The closest highway exit for Levels Family Chiropractic is Exit 125 (Hickman Road / U.S. Route 6) on the combined I-35/I-80 interstate.

Here is how to get there from the exit:

Take Exit 125 for Hickman Road.

Turn West onto Hickman Road (away from the city of Des Moines, towards Waukee).

Drive just 0.2 miles.

Turn North (Right) into the parking lot for Life Time Fitness.

Note: The clinic is in the retail strip directly in front of the massive Life Time Fitness building. You will likely see it almost immediately after you clear the highway bridge.

Driving Tip: The exit ramp can be busy during rush hour. Stay in the right lane as soon as you turn onto Hickman because the turn into the clinic comes up very fast.
